REI and Green Cleaing in Atlanta, Georgia
Hello Bigger Pockets Members! My name is Sarah, a native of Atlanta, GA and a 10+ year veteran to the Wealth and Investment Management industry.
So let me give you the when and how of WHY I got involved in real estate. A few years ago I was ready for new challenges and new opportunities... I decided to go house hunting for myself and developed a passion for both a great return on investment opportunities and beautiful homes. So, it did not go perfect. I got the accelerated MBA in doing it all wrong. I learned just because it is beautiful does not mean it is right nor profitable... I learned all of the hard lessons in real estate any wise person only learns once.
On the bright side, at the time I was working at the bank and had many relationships with clients looking to buy real estate as part of their portfolios. I built relationships with REO contacts, bank presidents, contractors, agents, builders, and investors and started to build portfolios similar to a REIT as I searched for my own place to call home. Today I do real estate investing in the capacity of wholesaling and am hoping to begin flipping more.
Recently I became the Regional Director of Business Development with a company called Blue Chip Green cleaning where we have been doing residential and commercial post construction clean-up and ongoing GREEN Commercial Cleaning for over 10 years.
I hope to be through Bigger Pockets a resource and a partner to the members and community.
