I have been involved in the tax sale industry for the last 9 years. For the first 4 years I was involved in the purchasing and selling side of tax liens and tax deeds. The last 5 years I have been involved with Tax Title Services, which specialized in qualifying tax deed properties for title insurance without a quiet title action having to take place. This has led me to learn the rules, procedures and protocols of over 15 states across the U.S..
