I am currently a deployed Army Reserve Soldier. Federally employed as a mechanic (been a wrench my entire career). I have reached a point where I am tired of struggling to get by in the only line of work that I know. Once I bought my home I always considered another piece of income property, I just wasn't able to take that other leap of faith for the loan and extra mortgage costs. After being dealt the conditions I am now facing, I am ready to start this adventure... along with a new career path.
