Found this site while looking up information on multifamily properties and have really enjoyed the discussions on here. I'm looking to make my first investment, most likely in a multifamily property, and plan to grow my portfolio from there. I'm currently 25 years old and working in the nuclear industry in Charlotte, NC. My father was a general contractor so I grew up building houses but have little to no experience in the buying/renting side.
