Hi all
I've been reading tons of articles and forums on this site over the last week and finally signed up as a member. I am a newbie to R/E investing and hoping to find my first property within the next 6 months, either single family or small multifamily. Thus most of what I'm posting for now will likely be questions. I appreciate your assistance and patience on those topics I'm less than up to speed on.
