Construction Estimator
Hello Community -
I am civil engineer and construction estimator in New Jersey. I am looking to purchase a 2 unit multi family for my first investment (and live in it) or purchase a single family fixer upper to live in and build equity to be used toward another property. I am looking in the Middlesex and Union Counties of NJ.
Would love to learn from this community and eventually get in on some good investments.
