I'm just starting to get serious about my Real Estate future. When I stumbled on to BiggerPockets I knew it was something I had to be a part of. I can tell there is a lot of info and people on here that I'll be able to better myself from. I'm really interested in the creative financing side of investing in Real Estate  whether I use that creative financing to flio the house or just rent it out.
