Hello everyone, I am Chris and brand new to the investing world. I do have a buy and hold vacation rental in Michigan that seems to cash flow well, and am interested in potentially doing more of that. Also looking to build teams both here in Chicago and in Michigan. I have been avidly listening to the podcasts and am happy to finally join the community! I have a background in custom cabinet making and also a lot of landscaping experience and contacts in the area.
