My name is Melanie Boyd.  My educational background is in Accounting and Finance. I work for a Property Management's Accounting Department in Maryland.  Being in my position sparked my interest in Real Estate.  Now it is my desire to learn and develop the knowledge needed to build my own Real Estate Business.  I am eager to learn about wholesaling, flipping, renting, and more.  However, for starters, I want to dive into the wholesaling business and start my career there.
