Hi! I'm a 56 yr old Airline professional in Houston, TX with 33 years working for one company. I'll be retiring next month and hope to beat inflation by utilizing my lump sum pension payout by becoming a Real Estate Investor in the South Florida area. I've been reading and absorbing as much information as I can, trying to educate myself. My goal is to purchase rental properties for income.
