Hello BP, 

I am looking to get involved in the real estate investing game.  I currently have a good knowledge of construction and have always had an interest in real estate.  I am also currently working as a property claims adjuster so I regularly deal with contractors, estimating, and homes that need repair.  I feel my work history will help me with my real estate endeavors.  

I am looking to buy and hold, flip, manage properties, and eventually get into development.  I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can from the site and its members!
