Hello Members of the Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Jeremy, I am 20 years old from Chicago.  I have been a sleeper on this forum for a while but I have decided it is time for me to start posting and sharing what is going on in my life.  I've gotten so much great information from this forum and from the podcasts and would like to thank you guys for all the information you provide as it has helped me tremendously.

My current exit strategy is Wholesaling and I hope to use a % of each flip to put away to start building my rental portfolio.  I am looking to network and find other wholesalers or cash buyers in the Chicagoland area who are looking to have a hungry wholesaler feed them some deals!

I just sent out about 300 postcards so hopefully I get some bites and I can share what goes on with my first deal.

@Renea Steward Thanks! Yes, I just sent out 296 postcards.  I'm hoping to get a least a 10 people to call me back.
