Hello everyone,

My name is Jon and I am beginning to explore real estate investing. I live in the suburbs of St. Paul, and will be looking to invest in the twin cities area. I am interested in buying a property and have a 3rd party management. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Anyone local looking for a protégé? :)
