New to BP from Columbus, ohio

hi there

I'm Stefanie, and kind of new to real estate. In the sense that what I think I know, I do not. I am so happy to join BP. I really feel that this will help me out of my funk. I went to school for a real estate license but I did not finish. I wasn't sure if I needed it for what I want to do. Which is flip houses. I am in the Columbus, ohio area. I'm not sure how to find other RE groups. I want to find out more about the market here and I will be exploring the NMD option (because I have no choice)! Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!

There is a local landlord meeting this Thursday. It is scheduled from 6:00 PM to about 8:30 PM on Thursday, September 24th at Tommy's Pizza, 4279 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. (Rte. 161) in Dublin between Riverside Drive and Sawmill Road.
