Hello, just wanted to take a moment and introduce my self to the group. My name is Wayne, and I'm out of the south central part of Kansas. I'm currently looking to build my portfolio in terms of investing. I currently only do M.F. investing and would like to extend that into the property side of things. So this site was a great find and looking forward to learning what you have to say.
