Our market on Oahu is very unique in that the housing market is very tight with few vacancies and properties that do not have to compete as fiercely as compared to markets which experience high vacancies. That said, real estate investors here usually go for a long term appreciation return due to a break even or even negative cash flow model on a 20-25% downpayment. The unparalleled climate and limited land is what often drives the demand in our RE cycles. We are a small company seeking to improve the Property Management model for investors by leveraging technology while still maintaining a personal touch.
