Hi, my husband who is also a member here are new investors.  We are currently looking at flips or buy and hold property investments. We would prefer the property to be close by but are also considering out of state properties too.  Looking forward to getting started and learning a lot too.

I live in San Jose and invest in Indianapolis and Birmingham.  Both markets have there pros and cons but I like the mix with this 2 markets.  Let me know if I can help.
