Hello all!
I am a complete newbie to Real estate investing. My only experience with it was when my wife and I bought our home about 3 years ago in Youngsville, Louisiana. I came across this site while looking for more information when one of my coworkers spoke to me about some rental property he owns. After speaking to him and looking and learning more into the subject, my interest has skyrocketed!
I have a full time job and recently (within the past year or so) I have really felt a strong urge to step out on my own and be an entrepreneur to make a path to financial freedom! However I was not sure what business I could start. I have been listening to Podcasts on starting a business and one mentioned about real estate investing. This will be a totally new concept and I realized that this is a whole new world about to open up.
I am definitely here to learn and soak up as much information as I can before making a first purchase. Now I know there are many avenues to take but so far I am trying to narrow down and find my "niche". I appreciate the welcome and look forward to building connections with everyone!
