Presently becoming educated in Falready have financing in placeast cash deals.  Hungry and in the field starting Oct 11 2015.  Goal is to flip 10 deal before end of 2015.  I already have financing in place.  Building my power team for the area as you read this.  Building a list of rehabbers.  If I know what you are looking for in a project, i will seek out the type of house asked for.
