I'm name is Charles and I'm currently located in Cincinnati, OH. I new to R.E. and I'm looking for help and ways to get started. My credit is not so good so I'm willing to save up my personal money to get the ball rolling. Any advice will be helpful and appreciated.  Thx in advance
