My name is Michael and I am fairly new to real estate investing. I have a few properties that I invested in as buy and hold properties and am looking to take my investment strategy to the next level with rehabbing and wholesaling. Also looking to give and get some good experience and mentorship along with networking with you all.

    @Michael Bartley welcome to BP and wish you the best on learning the rehab and wholesaling game. For rehabs, I'd check out @J Scott's book on fixing and flipping. For wholesaling I'd reach out to @Marina Sudwho is growing her wholesaling biz big time.
