Hi there! My name is Chad I'm from Chicago - originally from Cleveland, OH until a couple years ago. My day job is making emails, and in my free time I work on a couple niche affilaite websites that I own. I always listened to podcasts and decided to check out real estate podcasts while trying to think of how to diversify my income streams. 

I'd like to share a lot more if there is an area to do so, and discuss numbers and goals, but didn't want to here if it's just meant for basic introductions. Excited to learn more!
