New to the community
I am a Real Estate broker who is also interested in investing. Looking to find help and funding in making deals work. There are many vacant homes & boarded up homes in my area and I would like to be able to purchase some of these homes to flip them and use the profits to make a difference in the community by donating some of the proceeds to non profits who are having an impact in the community.
