New member in Renton, Washington

Kainoa Jones here and I'm exciting to be interacting with all of you real estate professionals. My brother joined BP recently in California and mentioned how positive his experience has been so far so here I am!
My background is in corporate finance and I moved to Washington 5 years ago from Hawaii after getting hired at a company here. I am brand new to real estate investing and hope to learn a lot from this community and fellow people in the greater Seattle area. So far, wholesaling and flipping have piqued my interest but learning about the real estate market in general and other forms of investment would be amazing. Starting with the fundamentals and putting in the work to grow capital so that I can expand into other areas is a long term vision. My goal in real estate is to learn as much as possible and share in the collective success of this community. I look forward to learning from each other and hopefully partnering with some of you on future opportunities.
