My name is Matthew Haan. I am a husband, father of three sons and pastor to 400. For the past three years we have lived in Rock Valley. My real estate investing experience is none, other than I remodeled and built houses for seven years out of college. I am interested in large multi-family with little to no money down. The goal is to have a reliable income stream for the next 20 years to put our children through college and then sell the property for our retirement.
