Hey BP Community!

My husband and I are new to real estate investing and the BP community. We're empty nesters (raised 4 children), with retirement a little over 10 years away. Our focus is on buying small, multifamily rental properties in the GA market.

I've been reading the post for several weeks and admit that this site is addictive -- it's a smorgasbord of information; the more I read, the more I want. The site content is very well organized, useful, and user-friendly -- hats off to the content team!

As a web professional, who spends a lot of time online, I've never seen a community of users so willing to offer assistance and information. I'm really looking forward to learning a lot about real estate investing, and purchasing my first rental property.
