Hello everyone. I am looking forward to meeting real estate investors and/or soon to be investors like myself.  Am also looking forward to learning more on bigger pockets by reading and participating in the blogs  So far, I have learned a lot just from listening to the podcasts. 

I have not owned investment property yet but hope to do so soon.  I have owned my own personal residences though. My main interest in investment is buy and hold as I want to generate reliable income stream. I may also consider flipping if he right opportunity presents itself.

I work full-time as an engineer and enjoy remodeling my home.  Although I have not been working in the construction trades in recent years, I am a licensed home inspector, contractor, electrician, plumber, gas fitter and oil burner technician.  I am also a licensed realtor. I expect this background will help me as an investor, but I know there are many other things to know as an investor.  Hopefully BiggerPockets will help me avoid many of the pitfalls of investing.
