I'm Paul and have 8 years of experience on the restaurant industry in NYC. 3 years ago moved to Union City/NJ and now I'm eager to learn as much as possible of my new career as a Real Estate agent. I will greatly accept suggestions and info about how to access to capital, find good deal and flip properties.
