Late to the game
I'm 57 and want to supplement my income and eventually replace it with real estae investing. The good news is that I live in the Houston metropolitan area where there is so much opportunity. The bad news is there is a lot of competition. I've learned to immerse myself with real estate awareness regarding neighborhoods, crime, schools, trends and funding. Wish us all LUCK!!!
