Hi - we're Tim and Rhona with The DUOL Team and glad to be a part of BiggerPockets.  We have wholesaled properties in Pinellas County as well as Pasco & Miami with some partners.  Presently, we are looking for some properties to rehab & flip in North Pinellas County.  In the near future, we will be buying & selling notes.  And also dabbling in buying some Tax Liens.  We hope to get to know some of you and look forward to meeting you on the blog or forum or even in person.  Best Success To All !
