Newbie from North Jersey!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

I am Saurin Pandya from North Jersey. My wife (Priyal) and I, both are newbie in the world of REI and looking for some guidance/tips on how and where to get started. Our immediate goal is to do at least 2 wholesale deals by March 2016. That being said, we have few specific questions as below:

1. 1) What kind of business should we establish? (e.g. LLC, S-corp, etc.)
2. 2) How much capital would we need to begin with? 
3. 3) How much time do we need to invest (realistically) per week?
