Hi Everybody,

I'm an investor/wholesaler in South East Florida (Miami-Fort Lauderdale) North East Florida (Jacksonville) and Ohio (Cleveland).

We are expert finding properties at a discount and we would like to pass those deals to you. We are mainly focusing rental properties (8-25% cash on cash return) but we also good at finding fix&flip properties. We are here to network investors mainly Landlords and Fix&flippers.

    My name is Rowan Woodburn, I live in Orlando, FL, I have key word alert linked to my BP Acct and you said you're an expert in finding deals at a discount price so how can a rookie wholesale investor like myself even convince a buyer to buy a contract from me?

Welcome to BP! It's a great community here. You will gain a TON of knowledge and who knows - maybe you'll even find a partner or two.

Knowing that there is a resource available to me that offers advice on pretty much any REI question has been a huge benefit to me and my business.

Investing in multifamily properties by using as little of my own money as possible is my game. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you in your journey!

The best way to jump into buy and hold ownership is to target an owner occupied multi family home with an FHA loan - which means only 3.5% down payment. Send me a message if you want more details. : )

 If you have a good deal, I don't think anyone cares how much experience you have. The bette the deal, the more I want to work with you. Make sense? Have confidence in yourself. Find the deals, get them under contract and the buyers will show up. You have what they want.
