Greetings Bigger Pockets community.  I appreciate all the great insights from the BP podcasts and posts and want to give back by writing about some of my own lessons learned related to long distance investing and wealth creation as an American who has lived and worked overseas since 2004.

Thanks for the postive feedback.

Dan -- I will check out your link, always interesting to see what other expats are doing regarding investing in real estate.

Ashley-- I am interested in moving from SFHs to multifamilies so I will check out your postings as well.

Walker -- thanks for the comment, I revised the title of my last "Investing from Uganda" post to be clearer.

Garret -- Glad to see you are from the Boise/Meridian market.  We have been investing there for the last several years and think it is a great market too.

I will continue to add a few on more posts on RE investing and wealth creation on my BP blog Rogue Scholar Abroad.  Best of luck to everyone as well on their own invest plans and goals!   Best regards, Nathan
