I am new to the BP community and am planning on making my first RE investments in the next 60-90 days.

My immediate areas of interest:

Buy and Hold, SFH and multi family.

I'm a complete noob, but I have had the real estate "bug" for years.  Finally decided it was time to start doing and stop dreaming.

Welcome John. I'm new to this community as well and to REI as a whole. I live in NJ but I'm from Fayetteville and plan on starting my investing career in the Raleigh-Durham area.
