Hello All,

I usually go by Fox which is my actual last name. I'm not quite a newbie real estate investor as I have owned a building that I later sold -- hated being a landlord. Did a rehab with a couple of partners too that turned out to be a nightmare! I've also located property briefly as well. However, the majority of my time in real estate has been as an active agent for the past 5 1/2 years. Now, again, with the slow down of the traditional market, I decided to get back to my original interest of investing in real estate.

Currently, I've been using my knowledge to take advantage of the opportunities in foreclosures. I'm currently working specifically with short sales and loan modifications. I am interested in networking with other investors who purchase properties with good equity, legitimate funding sources, property locators, real estate agents, etc. from all across the US. I'm also looking to learn any other methodologies, tips, tricks, and so forth that I can add to my toolkit.

I'm also glad I found this site! It is filled with so much great information!
