Hi BP Community,

I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. My name is Sammy and I been trying to get my first deal for the last 3 months. I finally got a mobile home under contact and trying to get it sold. Not what I expected but can't complain. It is better than nothing and the experience was much needed. I'm looking to meet other investors and if you're local we can definitely meet up for coffee, talk real estate and exchange ideas. 

Glad to be on BP there is so much knowledge here and I love the podcast.
