Hi All! I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a few weeks and finally decided to jump on the site. I love all the practical advice and actionable information it gives. My husband and I work in the wine industry and live in Northern CA where real estate can be super expensive. We'd ideally like to purchase a home or condo as a vacation rental as we spend time here as well as his home country in Europe. I am looking forward to connecting and learning more about new opportunities. Cheers!
