good morning every one , I'll be posting a picture soon .

     I just join the site and would like to start being a home investor , I an skilled trades and would like to cross the line of being a skilled trades man to being a housing investor.  my interest's all way been in the rehabbing field my start was with  habitat of humanity in the 90's   and now with all hard ships and student loans , this would be my way out of debt.    my stores is to long and sounds unreal.  yet is true ..
