Hello BP Community!

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Cody, I'm 24 and live in St. Petersburg, FL. I'm super excited to get started in RE Investing. I'm thinking about wholesaling, but would ultimately like to do rehabs and buy and holds. I figure based on my age, buy and holds would be a solid plan, more time=more money=more investments. If anyone can give me any advice /pointers that would be great, or just a kick in the butt to get started. I'm very nervous to get started, there's a lot to learn. Thanks for reading, hope to hear from everyone soon!!

@Cody W. welcome to BP!  There's a ton of knowledge in here. You're in a very hot market so make sure your numbers are correct!  Wholesaling is a lot more work than people make it out to be, marketing is key!  Keep studying and networking.
