Hi

My name is Mike and am a new in the world of real estate investing.  I am working now in the world of corporate sales and am looking to replace my corporate job with this business.  My goal is to invest in buy and hold and plan to use flipping to fund the buy and hold.  Looking to meet people in the business and make connections.  Suggestions for a rei would be great
