Residential Broker from NYC
Hi- Steven Kopstein here from Manhattan. I've been involved in all aspects of Res Real Estate since 1988, but never done my own fix and flips. I've bought and sold several homes for myself in DC, NY, MD and VT. I own a boutique real estate firm in Manhattan (SKNY Real Estate) with a focus on integrity and responsiveness. I have 8 agents working with me. I'm looking forward to doing some fix and flips over the next 12 months. My goal is 4 properties. I appreciate any advice.
