Hi, my name is Andy Sipe and I'm a Software Engineer. I just got married and returned from Italy.

I'm brand new in REI. I stumbled across the Bigger Pockets website and love it. I'm listening to the podcasts on the way to work and reading articles after work.

My goal in REI is financial freedom through passive cash flow.
