New member from Massachusetts!

Hey everyone! My name is Nick Montville, I'm 22 and new to BiggerPockets. I've been listening to the podcast as well as others for the better part of a year, and I figured it's time to jump in and start meeting likeminded people. I'm primarily interested in buy and hold investing, possibly flips. 

As my job dies down for winter (I'm a landscaper at present), I'll have plenty of time to go to events to meet some of you and look for deals, But for now I'm still in "absorb as much information as I possibly can" mode.

It's good to be a part of such a helpful community and I look forward to knowing enough someday that I can pay it forward.

I also should add that I can't wait until I'm able to provide people with GOOD, affordable housing, hopefully to prevent anyone else from going through what I deal with living in my apartment right now. The winters are horrible as the house has zero insulation, and the landlord denied our request for him to insulate even just the basement, where there's practically wind coming from the floorboards. 

I want to be able to do this well and actually make a difference in the community where I decide to invest
