Local rental house mnager owner
I currently manage several rental homes (some I own) and have been pretty successful 100 percent occupancy rate my target area is Redford and Detroit ,M. I know kind of rough areas but profitable I have several tenants asking me to find homes for family or friends and would like to find investors to work with. if you have any suggestions or ideas I would like to hear from you thanks
