Newbie from Las Vegas
My name is Sean Gonzales and I'm a newbie from Las Vegas. I'm currently working for the DVA and I love helping my fellow Veterans but unfortunately I am not able to live the life that I want to live clocking in and being stuck in a cubicle all day so I have decided that the best way for me to get out of my cubicle and finally get to financial freedom was through real estate investing. After reading and learning as much as I could on my own I thought it was time to connect with some like-minded individuals. I have been reading the posts on BiggerPockets and have learned a lot just from the posts but I feel like I may have been caught up in the analysis paralysis stage so hopefully I can get out of this stage soon so I can jump into my investing sooner rather than later. I am interested in wholesaling to start off and if anyone can provide any type of advice for a newbie wholesaler I would appreciate hearing and taking heed to it. I look forward to networking and building some relationships here on BP.
