Hi everyone,

New here from MA about 30 min North of Boston. I've been selling residential real estate in MA and NH for about 2 years now. I plan on taking on an investment property in 2016. Either a flip and rent or flip and sell. Excited to start learning from this forum! Thanks in advance for all the help, motivation and info.
