GoodMorning San Diego and the rest of the BP community

Goodmorning San Diego! My wife and I have been learning and studying REI and are very eager to learn more. We are going to put our first deal together hopefully by the end of this year or early 2016. We are located in the San Diego area, and frequently on the BP page learning from all of you. We understand financial education is the most important form and since it wasn't taught to us via schooling and minimally at home, (our folks are middle class) its on us to learn it here with the pros. Im a used car wholesaler at the moment, and my beautiful wife is currently a full time student majoring in design. We have the drive to be successful REI's, we love, appreciate and accept all advice given. We give advice or mentor, as much as possible and talk about what we learn daily with our peers, you can never learn enough! See you around!
