Hello everyone, I'm new here on BP and I'm here to learn as much as I can before I purchase my first property soon. I'm a new avid listener to the YouTube podcasts with Brandon and Josh. I've attended a few seminars here in the area as well in addition to listening to Jay Morrison and real estate teachings. I just ordered a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad!
