HI everyone, my name is Nick and am a newly licensed real estate sales associate in the Sarasota area. I am currently holding an 8-5 M-F but would like to continue educating myself in the areas of real estate until I can make the job transition without experiencing a drop in my income. I am interested in all aspects of real estate but more specifically in property management and investment properties. Can anyone recommend an investor friendly broker in the area that might consider teaching a new associate a thing or two?
Shoot me a PM, and let's schedule some time for a coffee. I run a brokerage that predominately functions as a property management firm. Let's talk.
If you aren't able to find a good fit on your own, send me your info in a PM and I will float it to a few brokers for you.
Best of luck to you in your transition.
Thanks for your response Chris! I appreciate your help, everyone on BP is really great! I am looking forward to learning from and networking with all of you in the future!
