Hi all. I've been in the buy and sell residential real estate game off and on for the past 18 years. I'm interested in acquiring some cash flow property, generating income for retirement, and seeing how far I can go with real estate investing for me. I've grown weary of handing other investors the good deals and settling for the lowly commission.
